What about parking?
Parking is based on availability. Monthly fees start at $25/month for surface, $85/month for underground, or $150/month for both.
Are pets allowed?
- Yes! Cats and dogs under 22″ are welcome, with a maximum of two pets per suite.
- If you have a dog under 22″, you will be eligible for a dog-friendly ground floor suite, subject to availability. Please note that breed restrictions apply. Reach out to us for more info!
- Pet fees are $25/month per pet, and there is a $200 non-refundable pet deposit.
Is there air conditioning?
There is no air conditioning in the suite.
