Water and heat are included; you are responsible for paying electricity and internet.
What about parking?
Parking is based on availability. Monthly fees start at $25/month for surface, $85/month for underground, or $150/month for both.
Are pets allowed?
- Yes! Cats and dogs under 22″ are welcome, with a maximum of two pets per suite.
- If you have a dog under 22”, you will be eligible for a dog-friendly ground floor suite, subject to availability. Please note that breed restrictions apply. Reach out to us for more info!
- The pet deposit is half a month’s rent and is refundable upon your move-out inspection.
